We wanted you to have an excellent experience with our site and our Tax Kit e-books.  Our thinking was if we said three and the fourth question was the one that gets you a great deal at the IRS; well we want you to be happy.  On the other side if you send us an email 37 pages long – in all fairness to our staff of tax pros, that’s probably going to be an up charge.
