Hiring Tax Attorneys

A Bad reputation Creates the Tax Relief Industry.

As a business operator, I realized that an opportunity to make a lot more money was I front of me.  True the IRS did have the occasional “nasty” agent, but their reputation was much worse than deserved.  Also true, someone who does something everyday (like one of our attorneys) soon will have a comfort and proficiency level the average person will usually not.  Thus, I concluded of course we could offer attorney representation services as well and charge a lot more.  At first, we used outside contract attorneys and then quickly needed full time staff to handle the growing demand for “Representation Services.”  The sales staff immediately figured out commissions was three to five times higher for tax attorney services than do it your self-services.  Quickly we forgot all about the old forms business and enjoyed the new found wealth in “Tax Attorney” services.

The sales staff changed the pitch highlighting nasty IRS agents, complex forms, complicated negotiations and highly skilled legal beagles.  Truth be told we ran ads to hire recent college graduates who had just passed the bar exam.  I am not kidding; our ads said, “No experience needed – new bar members preferred.”  That translates to the dumbest graduates, from the worst law schools, welcome here.  Now I do not know what our competitors do, but I do know that our young lawyers did a great job for our clients.  With properly prepared forms and a very small amount of knowledge, it is just not that hard to negotiate a deal with the IRS.

Personally, I do not think you can hire someone to care as much as you will about your tax issue. It is true that going it alone against the IRS is not for everyone, but before spending $3,000 - $6,000 you might give it try yourself.  Our Tax Relief eBooks give you all the knowledge and forms needed to make a deal yourself via the mail in most cases.  We included information on how they IRS analyzes financials and how to properly fill out the required IRS forms.  Our kits will provide that information, but you can find out a great deal, on your own searching the web.  We believe our kits will prepare you as good as the average new lawyer is prepared.  We give you the exact same training we gave them, maybe better sine we have re-written the material to make it more concise and simpler.
