Hiring a Tax attorney to Resolve Tax Debt For years, I managed a company that employed tax attorneys to resolve tax debt problems for clients. We handled thousands of successful cases with an astoundingly high percentage of happy clients. In fact of thousands upon of literally thousands of clients were quite pleased. I can only think of a few who were unhappy and whose tax problem had not been significantly reduced if not eliminated altogether. Sounds impressive, but when I tell you the history you’ll be less impressed. In the beginning, we did not use attorneys at all. In fact, we simply prepared the necessary IRS forms and mailed them to clients. We included with the forms about five pages of instructions on how to get the desired tax relief from IRS agents. We had 99.99% happy clients long before we ever hired a single attorney to perform client work. One of our telephone sales reps (we called them Tax Consultants like everybody else) said a client was hoping we could have someone to actually talk to the IRS for her. She stated that she had spoken to the IRS and they were quite nasty to her. |

We could never make it happen to our satisfaction with accountants. |
